The PDF is the most-shared document format on Earth. The same file gets emailed, forwarded, CC'd, re-attached, dropped into EHRs, filed with courts, passed between contracts and inboxes - one document, copied and re-sent a thousand times. It is astonishingly easy to attach a PDF anywhere, and astonishingly hard to search across the pile once you have. DRYPDF does not fight the ubiquity. It makes it answer questions.

What is DRYPDF?
DRYPDF stores your PDFs, converts them to clean readable text, and makes them searchable, from a web app and from an MCP endpoint your AI agents can query.
How do my AI agents search my PDFs?
Point any MCP client at DRYPDF's endpoint and your agents use the keyword_search, semantic_search and get_document tools to answer from your actual documents instead of guessing.
Can DRYPDF index PDFs from my email?
Yes. Connect Gmail or Outlook and DRYPDF automatically indexes the PDF attachments you receive, with a one-click sync for your existing backlog.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Text-based PDFs are handled for free. Scanned or image-only PDFs use OCR on a premium plan.
Is my data private?
Your documents are private to your account and never sold. See the privacy policy for how data and connected mailboxes are handled.
