Terms of Service

Effective 8 July 2026

These terms govern your use of DRYPDF, operated by Max Network. By using the service you agree to them. Questions: hello@drypdf.com.

The service

DRYPDF stores your PDFs, converts them to readable text, and makes them searchable through a web app and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint. Optional features let you connect a mailbox to auto-index PDF attachments, and view and edit PDFs in the browser.

Accounts

You sign in with a Google or Microsoft account. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must be at least 16 years old.

Your content

You keep all rights to the PDFs and content you add. You grant us only the limited license needed to host, process, convert, index, and display that content to provide the service to you. You are responsible for having the right to upload and process the documents you add, including any personal data they contain.

Acceptable use

  • Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that you lack the rights to process.
  • Do not use the service to violate anyone's privacy or to store or distribute malware.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, or circumvent the service's limits, security, or metering.

Plans and billing

Free and paid plans are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis until cancelled. Storage, OCR, and mailbox auto-indexing limits depend on your plan. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and warranty

We work to keep DRYPDF reliable, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Text extraction from PDFs is automated and may be imperfect, particularly for scanned or complex documents.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Max Network is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of important documents.

Termination

You may stop using DRYPDF and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will change the effective date and, for material changes, notify you in the app. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Austria, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
